- Bill Viewing and Payment
By using this service, you authorize Revenue Group to manage your payment instructions and process payments from your designated account. We aim to process payments within 24 hours, but delays may occur due to external factors. We recommend submitting payments at least three (3) business days before the due date. Users are responsible for any late fees. - ACH and Check Transactions
Submitting payment info authorizes us to convert it into an ACH transaction. If returned, your bank and ours may charge return fees. We may retry transactions if initially declined. Recurring payments will continue until canceled by you, with at least two business days’ notice via phone or account access. - Security and Unauthorized Use
Keep your password confidential. Notify us immediately if it is lost or misused. Do not use the service for illegal activities. - Liability
You assume all risks related to unauthorized access or delays. Revenue Group is not liable for any damages, including direct or indirect losses, unless required by law. - Restrictions
Tax and court-ordered payments are not permitted. We may refuse payment to certain entities and will notify you, except where prohibited. - Charges
There is no fee for basic use of the service. Optional services may incur charges, with prior written notice. - Children’s Privacy
This service is intended for users over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. - Intellectual Property
Materials are protected under copyright. Personal, non-commercial use is allowed. Redistribution or modification requires written permission. - Legal and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Ohio law. If any provision is unenforceable, others will remain in effect.

No Warranty: Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Security: While we safeguard your information in transit, we cannot guarantee total protection from malicious intrusions or interception during transmission.

You may choose to opt-in to our SMS messaging service at your own discretion and you may opt out at any time. We will communicate with you via SMS for the purposes of Payment Reminders, Payment Receipts, or other Informational notices regarding your account.
Participating carriers include: AT&T, Boost Mobile, T-Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, UScellular, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Message frequency is dependent upon user and account activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
You can cancel these services at any time by texting “STOP” to (216)477-8101. We will respond with a single SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
You may, at any time, text “HELP”. for a brief help message. We will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe. You may also contact Revenue Group support at: +1(216) 763-2100.
